By accessing or using LightScout AI (the "Service"), including the mobile application and the website at lightscout.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
LightScout AI provides AI-generated photography scouting guides, including photo spot recommendations, golden hour timing, weather conditions, and composition tips. Guides are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.
You are responsible for your own safety when visiting locations recommended by the app. Always exercise caution, respect local laws, observe posted signs, and be aware of your surroundings. LightScout does not guarantee the safety, accessibility, or legality of visiting any recommended location.
Guides are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. While we work to ensure quality, we cannot guarantee that all information — including directions, timing data, or location descriptions — is accurate or up to date. Use your own judgement when relying on AI-generated recommendations.
The app uses a credit system. Free accounts include 5 guides. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs or through subscription plans (Plus and Pro). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
The LightScout name, logo, app design, and website content are the property of LightScout AI. Free photography guides published on lightscout.app may be referenced and linked to, but may not be reproduced in full without permission.
LightScout AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
